About me

Kirsty Harrison

My journey into this industry has been an organic one, fuelled by my passion for helping women understand their hormones, supporting singles/couples on their journey into parenthood, a desire to learn how our relationship with food can effect our mind and bodies, and my own personal challenges both as a parent and my own health.

I studied Nutritional Therapy at the London College of Naturopathic Medicine and am a qualified Nutritional Therapist specialising in Women's Health and Fertility. I am also a Certified Practitioner for the Fertility Nutrition Centre which means I have carried out further education in the fertility field.

My husband and I live on the coast with our three sons and our two dogs and a cat. Nutrition for me, is about finding the balance between enjoying life and keeping yourself in the best possible health.

I am also a full member of both BANT and the CNHC and work very closely with the team at Hannah Pearn, a group of women dedicated to helping you understand your hormone and fertility health.

Let’s talk.
